About Min

Min is an operational expert. Min graduated from the Virginia Commonwealth University with three degrees in Applied Mathematics, Bio-Informatics, and Mass Communication.

Min has over a decade of experience in retail, specifically the food industry, Min has worked as a sushi/hibachi chef for various high-end restaurants. He also used to own a sushi store in Kroger. Min was a top-ranked general manager for Panda Express for four consecutive years.

With over a decade of operational insights and customer obsession, Min is currently Expressions’ operation manager.

Outside of work, Min enjoys learning math, practicing culinary, and driving.
