Step 1 - Inquiry/Application
Start your journey by submitting an inquiry form above. Share your vision, preferences, and any specifics for your custom piece. Once we receive your application, we’ll reach out to schedule a date for your in-person consultation to discuss the next steps.
Step 2 - Consultation
During the in-person consultation, we’ll meet to discuss your ideas in depth. This is your chance to explore design options, materials, and budget, all guided by one of our expert jewelers. We’ll ensure we’re on the same page before moving forward.
Step 3 - Design
Next, we bring your vision to life using 3D modeling to create a digital preview of your custom piece. If needed, you may visit us for additional consultations to refine the design until it’s perfect. We want to ensure every detail is exactly as you imagined.
Step 4 - Production
Once your design is finalized, we begin the production process entirely in-house. Our skilled artisans will craft your piece with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring that your vision is preserved throughout, without the need for third-party involvement.
Step 5 - Complete
Your custom piece is polished and undergoes final quality checks. After everything is complete, it’s ready for delivery or pickup, and you’ll have a one-of-a-kind jewelry piece made just for you.
